I am not sure if this is only because it is the rainy season, but it sure makes the colours more vibrant, the green a shocking emeral that seems almost artificial.
Another pleasent side effect would be the mysterious mist and clouds that lie low over the hills. So low in fact that they occasionally appear like cotten candy caught in the teeth of the earth.
Es estrano, pero a mi me gusta. (Strange, but I like it.)

I like the second pic. Looks very rain foresty.
I have a feeling that my computer monitor doesn't quite convey the colours of the leaves in the way you're seeing them.
hi...actually that pic isn't quite the bright green I was reffering too..it was just the rain...lol...I can see what kind of pictures will impress you...more mountains and forest then.
And actually not quite rain forest yet...amazing though it is.
WHAT THE HELL!!! KIANOSH!!!! i litterally was in the middle of typing my message out to u and u write urs and it DELETED MY ENTIRE MESSAGE!!!! now i have to rewrite it!!!......great i dont even know what i wrote! :p
i really i wish i was there instead of having to start school tomorrow! the leaves in toronto are like yellow! and soon there wont even be any! stupid fall!
*gasp* do NOT insult fall! I love fall...and the colours are awesome...they don't get that here...Mari and I were just tlaking about it.
I love fall also but I have to admit, it has come rather early this year and I'm not impressed by that. As much as I love fall, it also indicates winter around the bend. I'm not ready to part with summer.
Kiana...you're such a youngest child! LOL
I agree with Christina, photos of jungle, mountains, flowers, and fog - Costa Rican nature we lack in Ontario - that is what we're looking forward to.
I also love the photo with the mist. It reminds me of some photos I tried to take here but didn't turn out so nice. Across the world and similar landscapes! (ok rarely, but there are some)
I also have had some humidity issues, I did my own washing last night and was surprised when my clothes were not dry this morning, at home they would be dry by now!
